The adult psychiatry service of the Hôpital de La Seyne sur Mer provides general psychiatric care for the population of sectors 83G04 and 83G05.
The geographical area covered includes the municipalities of La Seyne sur Mer, Saint Mandrier, Six Fours les Plages, Sanary sur Mer, Bandol, Saint Cyr sur Mer, Ollioules, Le Beausset, Le Castellet, Evenos, La Cadière d’Azur, Signes and Riboux.

- The day care hospital is oriented towards the rehabilitation of psychotic disorders, and the prevention of relapses, especially after inpatient hospitalisations
- The day care hospital manages certain medical treatments

- Centre d’Accueil Thérapeutique à Temps Partiel (CATTP) Espace Gounod (Part-time Therapeutic Reception Centre)

- The CATTP offers a range of therapeutic activities led by nurses, psychologists and social workers
- It is intended for the patients treated for mood disorders, non-deficit psychotic disorders and young adults
- Adressing: first contact with the nursing team and consultation with the coordinating consultant psychiatrist.
- Unité d’hébergement à vocation thérapeutique Espace Gounod (Therapeutic Housing Unit)
- The unit supervises about twenty places of therapeutic housing divided into two community houses, studios, sublets, a "housekeeper family" house
- The unit is intended for people with psychotic disorders in rehabilitation programmes, especially after hospitalisation in sectorised units, or for an evaluation
- The team is based at Espace Gounod
- Referral: by the patients sector psychiatrist to the units coording consultant psychiatrist.

- Psycho-education and therapeutic education
- The CMP organises psycho-education sessions several times a year for:
- Patients suffering from schizophrenia: PACT, Programme Equilibre, Compétences
- Families and caregivers of patients with schizophrenia (programme Profamille)
- Patients with bipolar disorders (programme Bipolact)
- Equipe Mobile Psychiatrie et Précarité-Permanence d’Acces aux Soins de Santé (PASS) / Psychiatry and Precarious-permanence of Access to Health care Mobile Team

- The CMP is in partnership with the association AVAF which manages the CHRS La Renaissance (Centre d'hébergement et de réinsertion sociale - Shelter and social rehabilitation centre)
- Two nurses are based at the Relais day reception centre in La Seyne and provide care, support, and social monitoring for homeless people
- A follow-up service is provided for certain persons taken in charge in CHRS stabilisation
- Groupe d’Entraide Mutuelle / Mutual Aid Group
- The CMP is in partnership with the GEM Forts Ensemble
- The GEM is an association of users and ex-users of psychiatry managing a shelter and mutual aid centre and offering activities animated by volunteers and sociocultural facilitators
