Organisation
- Located at the Hôpital de La Seyne sur Mer, the Multidisciplinary Medicine Department is composed of 4 units (A, B, C et D) of 20 beds each, i/e a total of 80 inpatient beds, including 4 beds dedicated to paliative care. There are two reception deks, common to two units each. Information for general practitioners and appointments are taken on 04 94 11 31 65 for units A and B, on 04 94 11 31 40 for the units C and D and on 04 94 11 31 13 for unit F.
- The department receives patients from emergency departments but is open to all typoes of patients, by directy entry at the request of the general practitioners or in scheduled hospitalisation.
- Information for families: every working day from 2pm or on appointment.
Medical Activity
The department receives patients from gerenal medicine, internal medicine, pneumology, cardiology, gerontology, palliative care.
It relies on a whole technical platform at the Centre d’Explorations Fonctionnelles (C.E.F.) / Functional Explorations Centre and the outpatient visits. This structure ensures, with specialised personnel, the standard explorations of pneumology, cardiology, gastro-enterology, etc.
The CEF and the consultations department has the following technical platform:

- Realistic test cabin

- Sa02 and blood pressure monitors
- Cardioscopy and defibrillator
